Rotae-Technology Ltd (Rotae) is a company founded in 2020 by Matthew Breeze and Karl Haycock with the aim of providing innovative solutions to the problems we have faced as sports enthusiasts.
Our enthusiasm for all things wheeled influenced our company name "Rotae" (Latin - Wheels)
Rotae represents more than just a product or business. It represents a community of like minded people with a collective passion for riding and the great outdoors.
We aim to provide excellent products and customer service but also ways to maintain and give back to our local community.

Matt
After completing his Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship with a well regarded Electric distribution company Matt pursued his passion for travel. New Zealand provided the perfect opportunity to explore new sporting adventures and develop a love for cycling.
On return to the UK Matt continued to develop his engineering knowledge. Moving into the Service and commissioning of automation equipment. As part of this role Matt continued to travel, developing an appreciation of the global manufacturing industry.
In 2015 a career opportunity presented Matt an option to return to his roots in Shropshire, embracing his passion for continuous improvement and development.
In his spare time Matt enjoys cycling, track days and travelling in his camper.
Karl
A passionate engineer, a career kicked off with an engineering apprenticeship as part of a global aerospace firm where he has since grown his skills as an engineer. From working as a system test engineer, engineering group leader and then onto his current more business focused role as a Manufacturing Engineer integrator Karl's career has given him a broad appreciation of manufacturing and business management.
Outside of work Karl's passion lies with motocross and mountain biking. Motocross has been a labour of love, having maintained bikes for over a decade, it has taught him much of his hand on skills, discipline and sportsmanship.
